Where talking meets healing.
Children with diagnosed and suspected SEND deserve a safe space to feel, and heal.
At Albright Therapy, we bring a warm and tailored approach to your child's wellbeing. With a specialism in SEND, and lived experience with neurodiversity, we support young people before, during and after diagnosis.
We get them, because we are them.

Personalised Approaches to Mental Wellbeing
No two children are the same, and our therapeutic offer reflects that. We will work with you to decide which approach might be best suited for your young person. From creative psychotherapeutic techniques, to developing cognitive behavioural coping skills; we help children express themselves, manage worries, and build resilience.
Young people have room to explore their feelings in a way that suits them. Sessions can be done face to face or online, using a method that makes sense for their mind.
