Legal Information and Terms – Albright Therapy Services

Legal Notice

Confidentiality

Sessions with Albright Therapy are confidential - meaning content and themes of sessions are not discussed outside of the therapy room, unless there is a safety related concern. This will be outlined clearly with parents/carers and young people at the point of session booking.

Should you wish to access feedback or information shared within your child's session, consent will need to be given by the child and information shared will be clearly outlined and agreed upon by them (except in cases of saefguarding concerns). Unfortunately we cannot provide clinical reports or feedback to other services such as schools. We can however provide thematic overviews of sessions, if agreed upon with the child.

Data Protection & GDPR

Albright Therapy Services takes your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected as part of our children’s therapy services is stored securely and treated as strictly confidential. We only collect and use information necessary to provide safe and effective support.

In line with GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or safeguarding obligations.

All client records are securely retained for up to 2 years after therapy sessions have ended, after which they are safely and permanently destroyed.

Full copies of Albright Therapy's GDPR and privacy policy is available to active and closed clients on request.
